"Here you'll find my Basic Keum Boo kit as well as additional tools that I recommend. Some of these are inexpensive and just handy to have around the studio while others are special purchases that I highly recommend if you'll be delving deeply into the world of steel jewelry. Remember to order your kit at least 10 business days before your class to receive it on time. If you have any questions, please give me a call at (619) 208-9770 or send me an email at email@example.com. Thank you!" ~ Bette Barnett
Since 2013 Bette has devoted herself to exploring and experimenting with steel jewelry. Her career began with private and group lessons and continued with advanced workshops. Bette has built on those studies by perfecting additional techniques and processes, including Keum Boo and galvanic etching of steel. Her research has been published in Lapidary Journal, she has been a Santa Fe Symposium presenter and you'll find her work at Sparks Gallery in San Diego's glitzy Gaslamp Quarter. Before her metals career, Bette was a credentialed teacher and corporate communication consultant. She now teaches private lessons in her studio and offers group and online workshops throughout the U.S. Learn more at StudioMigoto.com.
Please note: the tools and kits offered here designed for students enrolled in Bette's classes. We can't offer kits on an individual basis at this time but please join our mailing list and we'll let you know when those become available. Join the list.
