General provisions: You agree that you shall not bring any legal action against any of Anneville representatives for any claim waived and released under this Agreement. You further agree that should you bring any type of administrative or legal action arising out of claims waived under this Agreement, you will bear all legal fees and costs, including those of Anneville representatives. You hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Anneville representatives from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. Anneville Jewelry Lab reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and to anyone who chooses not to accept the terms of this Agreement.
