This collection is inspired by the five elements of Japanese Buddhism ~ earth, water, wind, fire, sky. Which speaks to you? Choose the element that best represents your personality, or be led purely by aesthetics. Each ring is completely custom-made: you choose your size, the colors of your mokume gane and the colors of your edging/lining. I am happy to consult with you on the design.

Kaze (Wind) ~ Swirling lines of mokume resemble the path of a breeze moving through trees. One solid edge of gold (rose, yellow or white) calms and anchors the design. Available from 5 to 8mm wide. This selection is sterling silver, 18k yellow gold and 14k rose gold, with an 18k yellow gold edge.
Mizu (Water) ~ Flowing, organic lines and swirls represent the changing flow of water in river, lake, surf and sea. This style is always lined with solid rose, yellow or white gold. Looks great from 4mm up to 9mm wide.
Tsuchi (Earth) ~ Central core of mokume, with patterning that mirrors the complex metamorphic and topological patterns of our planet. Visually grounded and framed with rose, yellow or white gold edging. Looks best from 6 to 8mm wide.

Sora (Sky) ~ A swirling dome of mokume flows around and above a solid band of gold (rose, yellow or white). The mokume pattern resembles cloud formations flowing and changing in the sky. Looks best from 5 up to 9mm wide.
