Your privacy is important and we hate spam as much as you do. We make every effort to maintain any personal information you provide in a secure manner and it is used only by your express consent for the purposes you provide it for. We do not sell or in any way share any of the participant information we collect.

Cancellation policies: All cancellations (by a student) will result in a 10% handling fee.  For online classes, please provide 10 days notice to receive a 90% refund. Refunds within 10 days will be on a case-by case basis. If illness is a factor credit for another class may be given.
For in person classes at Anneville Studio, please provide 30 days notice for a 90% refund. Within 30 days, 90% refund will be given only if another student is found to take your place. If an Anneville online or in-person class is cancelled, 100% refunds will be given to all students. For workshops hosted at other schools/venues, please see their cancellation policy.

Finishing the demonstrated projects in our classes and workshops depends on each student’s skill level, project complexity, and other factors. In our fast-paced, info-packed classes we do our best to coach everyone toward a finished project but please understand that additional time may be needed after the class to complete the work.

Information contained in our website, online profiles and printed materials is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. All information, events, and/or prices are subject to change or withdrawal. Every effort is made to provide information that is accurate. However, information is subject to change at any time and we shall not be held responsible for typographical errors, misinformation, or misprints. 

Guests (friends, family, etc.) are not permitted in our classes; only paid participants are allowed to attend or watch the recordings (this includes online classes).

Participation in our events is provided with no special warranty either express or implied and is considered “at your own risk.” We assume no liability for loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons whether arising in contract, negligence, equity or otherwise. 

General Provisions: you agree that you shall not bring any legal action against any of Anneville representatives for any claim waived and released under this Agreement. You further agree that should you bring any type of administrative or legal action arising out of claims waived under this Agreement, you will bear all legal fees and costs, including those of Anneville representatives. You hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Anneville representatives from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. Anneville Jewelry Lab reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and to anyone who chooses not to accept the terms of this Agreement.
